Turning dreams to reality: CCA Bank GM inspires UCAC graduates, recommits to youth employment.

She made inspiring remarks while addressing the third cohort of the Faculty of Social and Management Sciences of the UCAC as Patron of the graduating class.

This was during a graduation ceremony held at the Yaounde Conference Centre on August 5, 2026.

Using her professional journey, challenges encountered faced, doubts she overcame and the values that guided her success, Alvine Tiwoda told UCAC students that hard work, discipline, perseverance, and integrity are key to turning dreams to reality. 

The CCA Bank General Manager was categorical to graduates that dreams can become reality when determination never gives way.

Alvine Tiwoda also used the occasion to re-echo the firm commitment of CCA Bank to investing in young people's potential and shaping their future.

As a concrete demonstration of the bank’s dedication to youth employability, the General Manager announced the immediate recruitment of two top-performing graduates on permanent contracts.

The bank also awarded one professional internship to another graduate, and eight internship opportunities within the Intern Academy for third-year students.

The bank’s matching of its words with action got spontaneous applause from invitees who see in the opportunities hope, recognition of years of sacrifice, and the promise of a brighter future.

In recognition of CCA Bank General Manager’s outstanding leadership and unwavering commitment to youth development and excellence, she honoured with a VIP Lounge Recognition and an Award of Merit.

The award, officials said, celebrates her remarkable career and her contribution to both the banking sector and human capital development.

The ceremony also featured the presentation of cash awards and opening of free bank accounts for the best-performing students.

This, officials said, further demonstrates CCA Bank’s commitment to promote financial inclusion from the beginning of professional lives of graduates.

It should be recalled that over 150 students graduated with Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degrees. Among them, about ten were recognised for their outstanding academic performance, earning enthusiastic applause from their families and the entire audience.
